This was a Triples tournament in Moscow on 24 July 2021.

I shot over 375 pictures.
When evaluating my photographs, I look for
- technical quality: focus, exposure, cropping
- is the ball in the picture?
- even better, is the ball resting on the player's arms or hands?
- is the picture dramatic (two players jousting, the player is diving)?
- can you see the player's face (no tape or arms across the face)?
- is the skill being executed well, or perhaps unusually?
- is the pose or lighting inherently interesting or artistic?
- are the player's expression, clothing, hair, or sunglasses compelling?

I try to photograph everyone, but between my schedule and the schedule of the players, I sometimes miss people. I'm sorry if that happened.

This time I shot bursts of pictures to see if I could capture "before" and "after" shots. So, if you see two pictures in a row that look similar, they may be the before and after shots. First the hit, and then whether the ball went down or not.

I was trying to get more defensive pictures, which resulted in fewer shots taken and fewer hitting pictures. I would see someone make a great defensive play and then camp out on them for a while. Of course, then no one sent the ball their way.

Rather than categorizing the pictures, this time I dumped them all out in chronological order. You will have to hunt for the really good ones!
