Bicolored Blenny
The Bicolored Blenny is cutest
when perching on rocks or other aquarium surfaces. Mine seems to
have a minor death wish, in that it often sits for long periods
of time on top of a soft hairy mushroom. The mushrooms eat
passing food by closing around the item and digesting it. This
does not seem to worry the Blenny, which sits there until it is
held quite snugly, after which it just wriggles out. Perhaps it
uses the mushroom to eat parasites off of its skin.
